Due to strict Quality Governance and the sensitive nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. To ensure the integrity of our supply chain, once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned for restock or refund. You may request a cancellation before the tracking number & shipping label has been created; however, cancellations are not guaranteed. Any refund or cancellation remains at our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request, even if the order has not yet been dispatched or shipping label created. Orders paid via credit/debit card or bank transfer are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once payment is complete.

We reserve the right to independently decide, on a case-by-case basis, if a return or refund is warranted. Such exceptions are made at our exclusive discretion and do not establish a precedent for future transactions. If your order arrives damaged, contact support within 24 hours. We reserve the right to issue a reshipment in lieu of a refund to ensure your research continues without interruption.
