30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements or consumable products (for health and safety)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
Email support@cernumcheckout.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
